This website is operated by PC Workshop Hub ("we", "us"). We only collect the minimum personal data required to deliver our services. We comply with the UK GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018.

• Account data (staff email for sign-in; customer email and access code)
• Client records you create in the system (names, contact details, device/job information)
• Essential cookies to operate the site (no analytics unless you opt in)

• Provide access to the staff/customer portals
• Manage jobs, invoices and related workshop operations
• Respond to your requests and support queries

Cookies

We set an essential consent cookie (pcw_consent) to remember your preferences. We do not load analytics or tracking without consent.

Retention

We keep client/job records only as long as needed for service provision, legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete records where we have no legal obligation to keep them.

Security

We implement role-based access, strong authentication, and encryption in transit. Do not store plaintext device passwords in notes unless strictly necessary for the job and with consent; clear them when no longer required.

Data is stored and processed in the UK/EU where possible. If transfers occur, we use appropriate safeguards.
